Polyglottic is a language learning platform offering personalized classes and credit management. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these rules.
2. Use of Credits
Credits acquired through subscriptions are valid for 30 days. Individual credit packs never expire. No refunds are provided for unused credits once a class has been scheduled.
3. Responsibility
The student is responsible for having a stable internet connection for their classes. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to keep the credit.
